Two Factor Authentication Keeps your links safe and secure with dual step security protocols

The authentication process is integrated to ensure the protection of user credentials and their resources. All paid plan account owners can add two-factor authentication to their accounts. Once configured, your team will be required to enter both your password and an authentication code from your mobile phone in order to sign into the account.

How 2FA works:

  • You’ll need access to your mobile phone when you sign in to
  • You'll enter a verification code received via SMS and your password each time you sign in.

Setting it up takes just a couple of minutes and you only have to do it once.

How to set up 2-factor authentication in

  • Sign in to your account, click your name at the top right-hand page, click Profile from the dropdown to navigate to the Profile Page.
  • Next to the Account Name, enable Two-factor Authentication and follow the instructions.

After you enable 2-factor authentication, all members of your team will receive an email to add a phone number where we will send an authentication code via text message.


Available to account owners of every plan. This is an account-level setting.
